President to Address the Nation on Afghanistan on Tuesday Night

On Tuesday night, President Obama will address the nation on his plan for Afghanistan in a speech at the United States Military Academy at West Point. The speech is scheduled to begin at 8:00 P.M. Eastern, and will be covered live on all of the major television news networks and can be viewed online at WhiteHouse.gov/live.
